About me

I bring lasting improvements to organisations doing software product development. I am a people-oriented manager with a track record of coaching product owners to:

  1. Engage stakeholders
  2. Focus on value
  3. Improve development teams output

This improves the organisation’s ability to deliver on product roadmaps. Also, I create visibility and awareness on processes, and I streamline them. I ask the right questions and bring everyone along.

I am responsible for product management of a number of BSL products.

Head of Product Management

Myneva Group (2021 — 2024)

I was responsible for the product management of Myneva’s 10 main products, leading a staff of 15 people, mostly product owners. My main results:

  1. Improved stakeholder management for all products
  2. Created a framework for quantifying the value of (prospective) features
  3. Improved the performance of the development teams by instituting a culture of continuous improvement
  4. Identified the main problems of the applications and created plans for improvement
  5. Implemented risk management and quarterly goal setting

Between 2003 and 2007 I worked at Reed Business Information and before that I studied Business Mathematics & Computer Science. As part of my studies I wrote Using XML in Call Centers.
